ReportSource's Quality Management System is ISO9001:2000 Certified

ReportSource successfully achieved certification of its Quality Management System under the internationally recognised ISO9001:2000 standard in December 2006.

Certification was achieved in record time...

Due to no small part to the fact that our existing systems and processes were already very well established, and we have always operated with quality delivery to our clients at the heart of everything we do. In particular, our existing highly successful delivery Methodology played a major part in ensuring that we were a substantial way towards qualification before we started the specific ISO9000 exercise.

ReportSource engaged the services of Dr. Terry Russell PhD, an ISO9000 consultant who is highly regarded worldwide in recognition of his more than 30 years experience of Quality Management Systems and the associated certification schemes. Terry worked with the ReportSource management team and consultants to help prepare our Quality Manual to and ensure that all our processes were compliant in readiness for the external audit. We were delighted to achieve certification at the first time of asking.

To quote from Terry's response:

Certification itself is not the end of the process. ReportSource continues a program of internal audit and annual external assessment to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality service to all our clients.
