ReportSource is a Hyperion Partner... ...delivering total Business Performance Management (BPM)/Business Intelligence (BI) consulting solutions that move well beyond the traditional product implementation to value-add services such as change management, process re-engineering, enterprise risk management, knowledge and data management, integration and solutions architecture.
ReportSource were first engaged by BT in 2003... ...on recommendation from Hyperion, to help implement Hyperion Planning in BT Retail. ReportSource helped to ensure an on-time, on-budget delivery of a Hyperion Planning solution that supports driver-based budgeting and forecasting. This was delivered to a very challenging timescale and, before it was even completed, the Hyperion product suite was accepted as the chosen solution for BPM across the whole of BT Group.
ReportSource is a prefered Hyperion Supplier. BT now has an Enterprise Wide Licence agreement for Hyperion products (so no additional license costs for you and your project!) and, as a BT ‘Preferred Supplier’, ReportSource already has an umbrella contract for the provision of consultancy and technical services, so new opportunities can be exploited quickly.
ReportSource managed the structuring and resourcing of a 4-year programme... ...delivering one of the most comprehensive and fully integrated BPM implementations in the world, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Strategic Finance, Hyperion Financial Data Management and Hyperion Financial Management.
ReportSource and BT both recognised that the challenges to be addressed went far beyond the technical implementation of the software. ReportSource have therefore deployed Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers and Systems Accountants as well as Technical Analysts with expertise across the range of Hyperion products.

Each of the delivered projects has enabled benefits to be realised by BT.
To take just one example:
In BT Retail, the time taken to produce final business unit numbers has been reduced from 8 working days to 5. These numbers are signed off at Group level in 5 days rather than 7.
The time taken to update reports has gone from hours to minutes. And whereas as in the past, huge amounts of time were spent in meetings simply discussing what were the right numbers, there are now succinct 30 minute reviews of each business unit’s figures.
These benefits have been replicated across the BT Lines of Business enabling real savings in staffing costs and faster, more informed decision making.
